- Position Overview
The position of Website Developer (WordPress / Elementor) at UncommonMoeez Inc. is a full-time operational role responsible for building and maintaining structured digital systems for real client projects. The role exists to support the organization’s objective of delivering reliable, conversion-focused, and workflow-aligned web solutions.
This position is not limited to visual website creation. Instead, the developer is expected to work on functional systems that support business operations, payment processes, and dynamic content management.
The Website Developer reports directly to the Head of Web Developers and works in coordination with the Project and Client Coordinator and the UI/UX Design Department.
- Technical Scope of the Role
-
The Website Developer role requires hands-on involvement in the following technologies
and tasks: - HTML and CSS for structured layouts and responsive design
- PHP for customization and functionality enhancements
- WordPress core for content management and system stability
- Elementor for structured page building aligned with approved designs
- JetEngine and ACF for dynamic content, listings, dashboards, and portals
- Payment gateway integration, including Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay
-
In practice, developers do not work in isolation. Tasks are assigned based on project
requirements and developer capacity, and work is reviewed at defined checkpoints
before delivery.
- How Work Is Assigned and Managed
-
All client projects are divided into clear execution stages, such as design implementation,
development, dynamic logic setup, testing, and revision. At the start of each project: - The Project and Client Coordinator breaks the project into specific tasks.
- Tasks are assigned to developers based on skill level and availability.
- Each task has a defined scope, deadline, and expected output.
- Developers update task status through an internal task board.
- Work is reviewed by the Head of Web Developers before moving to the next stage.
- This structured task allocation ensures clarity, accountability, and quality control.
- Working Schedule and Weekly Structure
- The organization follows a five-day work structure:
- Four working days are dedicated to client project execution.
- One working day per week is reserved for internal learning, improvement, and review.
- Working hours are eight hours per day, resulting in forty hours per week.
-
This structure is planned monthly and communicated clearly to all employees to avoid
confusion and last-minute changes.
- Internal Learning and Skill Development
- Learning is treated as a structured operational activity rather than an optional benefit.
- On the designated learning day:
-
Each employee submits a short learning request stating:
● Skills they want to improve (e.g., HTML structure, JetEngine logic, performance
optimization)
● Challenges faced during recent client projects - The Head of Web Developers or Founder reviews these requests.
- Training sessions are designed using real project examples, not theoretical material.
- Employees are expected to apply learned concepts in upcoming projects.
-
Learning effectiveness is observed through improved task quality, reduced revisions,
and better client feedback.
- Performance Monitoring and Evaluation
- Performance is evaluated continuously rather than through annual appraisals.
- Performance indicators include:
- Quality of completed tasks
- Timely delivery against agreed deadlines
- Client feedback after project milestones
- Communication and collaboration within the team
- Regular one-on-one meetings are conducted where:
- Feedback is shared openly
- Challenges are discussed
- Improvement goals are set
- Notes are documented for follow-up
- This ensures transparency and consistent performance improvement.
- Leave Policy and Work Accountability
- Employees are entitled to up to three paid leaves per month.
- In practice:
- Leave requests should be communicated in advance whenever possible.
- Employees are responsible for completing assigned tasks or coordinating handover.
- In urgent cases, pending work must be completed after returning.
-
Employees who maintain consistent attendance and meet performance expectations
may be rewarded through recognition, performance bonuses, or salary adjustments.
- Application Process
- All applications are submitted through the official recruitment platform:
- Applicants are required to submit:
- A CV
- A portfolio link showing real work
- Short written responses related to skills, availability, and learning goals
-
Applications are stored and reviewed through an internal recruitment board to ensure
transparency and consistency.
